JustEasyBook delivers event tickets electronically unless otherwise stated.

1. E-Tickets

• Tickets are delivered via email to the registered email address after successful payment.

• Customers may also access tickets from their JustEasyBook account.

2. Physical Tickets (if applicable)

• Physical tickets will be shipped via standard courier service. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier availability.

• Any shipping charges will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

3. Non-Delivery Issues

 

• If you do not receive your ticket within the expected timeframe, contact info@justeasybook.com immediately.
