Cancellation & Refund Policy
At JustEasyBook, we act as a ticketing platform for event organizers. All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated by the event organizer.

1. Cancellation by Customer

• Tickets once purchased cannot be cancelled or refunded unless specified in the event's terms.

• Some events may offer partial refunds or credit towards future events; these are at the discretion of the event organizer.

2. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

• If the event is cancelled, rescheduled, or significantly changed, customers will be notified and refunds will be processed as per the organizer’s instructions.

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
